Background Experience - Mr. Bano began his insurance career as an adjuster trainee and worked through every operating level within Claims to eventually become Nationwide's first Chief Claims Officer. As a hands-on leader with strong experience in both P/C general management (sales, agency operations, underwriting) as well as claims, he offers expertise across the entire Property & Casualty spectrum. 

As Chief Claims Officer, he was responsible for all claims operations across all lines of coverage and every business unit.
