Jerry Regenbogen, PLA, ASA,has over 50 years of experience as a Landscape Architect preparing landscape planting plans, site grading plans and slope erosion control plans, coordinating the bidding process and construction administration during the implementation of these plans. He has provided these services for numerous small scale (residential and commercial properties, large-scale properties such as commercial developments, county and city parks and residential communities.

As a registered landscape architect, Mr. Regenbogen provides design, bidding and construction administration services for single family and multi-family residential projects, commercial buildings, municipalities (parks and streetscapes) and educational entities with a wide variety of size and scope. He works under contract with individuals, home-owners associations, developers, etc. A primary focus of his bidding and construction administration services is as liaison with prospective landscape contractors.

Litigation Support - Mr. Regenbogen serves as an expert witness on cases for both plaintiff and defendant. His services include site examination, thorough reporting, depositions, and trial testimony as needed. He has participated in civil lawsuits in Cleveland, OH, Long Island, NY, Atlanta, GA., Marietta, GA. and Aiken, SC
