Marwan R. Khalifeh, MD, is widely regarded as being among the most accomplished Washington, DC area Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons, board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He was educated at top-rated Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Plastic Surgery Program, ranked as the number one hospital year after year by U.S. News and World Report.
