Rod Bergen has an extensive education and background in Horse Behavior and Horsemanship. Mr. Bergen is nationally certified as an Advanced (Level III) Horseback Riding Instructor by the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA) in Dressage, Recreational Riding and Mounted Patrol. He has owned and managed horse training, breeding and boarding facilities for over 30 years. He is a Certified Equine Appraiser and member of the American Association of Equine Appraisers. 

Mr. Bergen is qualified to testify as an Equine Forensic Consultant in the California Superior Courts. He has served as a Horse Expert in over 40 legal cases (including 5 deaths) involving horses and horse facilities. Mr. Bergen is listed with the L.A. Molly S. Cobb is an experienced Equine Professional with over 40 years of experience in many aspects of the equine industry and 30 years of teaching experience. Molly has run and managed her own boarding/lesson facility for 26 years. She has developed lesson and camp programs, as well as trained people and horses. Molly is a USDF Bronze and Silver medalist, a Certified Instructor. 

Bob Kingsbery is a an expert on Livestock Fencing, Livestock Behavior, and Livestock Management. He consults and testifies on cases involving vehicle / livestock collisions, as well as fencing related cases, livestock and horse related injuries, livestock facilities, and all types of livestock fencing and gates.

A lifetime of ranching experience with cattle and horses. Worked for four leading livestock fencing companies. He has written dozens of articles and two books on livestock management & fencing.
