Robert Capwell, RIMS-CRMP, is a Background Screening and Background Check litigation expert witness leveraging more than 30 years of employment screening executive leadership experience. He is the founder and principal consultant of Capwell Consulting Group LLC, which provides litigation support and expert testimony in the areas of employment screening, HR compliance investigations, and FCRA related cases.

Litigation Support: Mr. Capwell provides expert witness services as a background check expert on behalf of Consumer Reporting Agencies, employers, consumers, and attorneys representing plaintiff and defense. His services include thorough reporting, depositions, and trial testimony as needed. His testimony and consulting experience includes government agencies, Congress, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Robert S. Griswold, CRE, CPM, CCIM, ACoM, RPA, PCAM, CCAM, GRI, ARM, has over 40 years of specialized experience in the field of Real Estate Management. He is currently active as a day-to-day hands-on, licensed practitioner, consultant, and expert witness in all aspects of real estate (except valuation). Dr. David H. Schaffer, MD, MRO is a Harvard-trained, dual-boarded MD in both Medical Toxicology and Emergency Medicine, serving as the Director of Medical Toxicology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville, SC and Prisma Health–Upstate hospitals. He is also a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO, MROCC).
