As an emergency professional, we are prepared to deal with unexpected situations, including disasters. Every time we hear about potential or real crisis, we automatically review the procedures in our minds and the desire to help is enormous. The documents reviewed included the Operating Room Report, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit records, Neurology Notes, Medical Progress Reports, Nursing Notes and Care Plans, Respiratory Flowsheets, Laboratory Results, Vital Sign and Infusion Flow Sheets and Written Orders.

Adjuvant Therapy of Uterine Clear Cell Carcinoma: A Review

Purpose Uterine clear-cell carcinoma (UCCC) is a rare subset of type II endometrial carcinoma with a poor prognosis relative to the most common type of endometrioid carcinoma. Due to its rarity, there has been limited direct evidence of the efficacy of specific adjuvant therapy posthysterectomy in women with UCCC. We present a review of current literature regarding adjuvant therapy of uterine clear cell carcinoma.

Yet, as a brilliant manager with an expanding corporate mentality, Rouse was also a rabid supporter of Unionism, and embraced his Teamster's affiliation with pride.
