Joseph Grekoski, CVA, is the founding principal of Acclimation Group. Mr. Grekoski specializes in Economic Damages Calculations for litigation involving defamation, breach of contract, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and trade dress infringement.

Mr. Grekoski is adept at leveraging advanced social media analytics to quantify lost profits, disgorgement, and reputational harm, with experience calculating reputational harm for high-profile individuals. He is skilled in Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) valuation and advisory, helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of personal brand monetization.

Mr. Grekoski's experience includes holding the position of Director at an IP valuation firm, working on Bank of America’s #1 ranked equity research team (power and utilities), and advising financially distressed businesses in investment banking.

Mr. Grekoski graduated Magna Cum Laude from Binghamton University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a designation conferred by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Given his contribution to the field, Mr. Grekoski has been recognized as one of the 2024 30 Under 30 Honorees by NACVA. He also holds the designation of Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), which recognizes individuals who have proven expertise, skill, and knowledge in the licensing and commercialization of intellectual property.

Michael G. Kaplan has nearly 50 years of experience in the areas of Forensic Accounting, Business Valuation, and Litigation Consulting. Mr. Kaplan is a Forensic Certified Public Accountant who is regularly called upon to testify as a qualified expert witness in federal and state courts. He has participated in approximately 300 trials. Mr. Kaplan has also served as a court appointed expert accounting referee.

Mr. Kaplan has served as a university professor for approximately 24 years (including 18 years at the University of Southern California). He created and taught courses for the National Judicial College, American College of Business Court Judges, National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and presented sessions for various Bar Associations, various CPA societies, and other professional organizations. His professional affiliations have included local, regional and national CPA/Advisory firms.

Richard M. Teichner, CPA, ABV, CVA, MAFF, CFF, CRFAC, CRFAU, DABFA, CGMA, CDFA, licensed in both Nevada and California, has over 45 years of experience in public accounting, and for approximately 25 of those years his areas of practice have been primarily providing expert services and consulting services in business litigation and family law matters. With offices in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Teichner's practice extends to various jurisdictions throughout the United States.  Although Mr. Teichner's services are mainly weighted toward complex business litigation and divorce matters, they also include performing valuations of businesses and business interests for estate tax and gifting purposes and for buy-sell situations. Clients have been both businesses and individuals involved in various industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, retail sales, construction, real estate development, and transportation, and in professional practices, e.g. medical, law and accounting, and other service businesses.

Litigation Matters - Expert services are provided to business litigation and family law litigation attorneys representing either plaintiffs or defendants. Presently, Mr. Teichner has testified 50 times at trial and 47 times at depositions. He has been engaged as a testifying expert or consultant in a variety of complex business litigation and family law matters. Such matters have involved forensic accounting, damages claims; contract disputes; disputes among business owners; fraud, including white collar crime; breaches of fiduciary duty; standards of care; and personal injury and wrongful death.  Family law matters have involved property division, tracing, marital waste, alimony, business valuations, and tax implications of divorce.

Curtis R. Kimball, CFA, ASA, is an experienced Financial Valuation Analyst and the national director for WMA’s Wealth Management Valuation Practice. Mr. Kimball works with the firm’s regional, national, and international clients out of WMA’s Atlanta regional office, which he opened in 1995. He has been valuing private company interests and restricted interests in public companies, intellectual properties, and other intangible assets, rights, claims, and investments for a variety of purposes for over 40 years.

Litigation Support - Mr. Kimball has presented Business Appraisal and Valuation expert witness testimony in federal (U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court) and various state courts and in alternate dispute resolution venues, including mediation and binding arbitration, and has extensive experience with appearances in IRS appellate conferences. He has appeared over 70 times as an expert witness on valuation issues.
