Dr. Michael Blumenkrantz was educated at Columbia College and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He spent three years in post-graduate training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, trained in London at the National Heart Hospital and Royal Post-Graduate Hammersmith. Dr. Blumenkrantz continued his training in Nephrology at the Wadsworth VAH and UCLA, worked at the Pritikin Center and he remained in academic medicine, for 10 years where he did extensive clinical research and achieved the rank of Associate Professor of Medicine, (step three, in residence), at UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Blumenkrantz became nationally and internationally known for his work in kidney disease, dialysis and clinical nutrition, (80 + publications), lecturing and discussing cases nationally as well as an invited visiting Professor at numerous international institutions.

Dr. Blumenkrantz is a Fellow of the American College of Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. He is also a certified Nutritional Support Physician. “Dr. B” has been in clinical practice for over 30 years where he enjoys seeing patients with a broad range of often complicated and complex medical problems, he emphasizes preventive medicine and nutrition in his practice with a warm and engaging personality.

Dr. Blumenkrantz has been doing medical/legal evaluations for over 25 years, (over 700 cases), his areas of expertise include internal medicine, metabolic disorders, diabetes and diabetic kidney disease, critical care, geriatric/nursing home, clinical nutrition and TPN as well as kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and hypertension. Kenneth "Kenny" Stein, MD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine, St. Louis University School of Medicine (a Level 1 Trauma Center). Dr. Stein has practiced Emergency Medicine for 29 years and Critical Care / Intensive Care Medicine for 27 years. For 20 years, Dr. Stein was an Emergency Physician at St. Anthony's Medical Center of St. Louis, one of the busiest emergency departments in the State of Missouri.

Dr. Stein has extensive experience in providing medical-legal expert services, having reviewed over 500 cases (both plaintiff and defense) and having given testimony over 200 times. Ms. Elizabeth D'Alesio has 30 years experience in ICU, including Medical, Surgical and Acute Care. She is ICU certified. She has managed the ICU and telemetry floor which includes bed monitoring. Ms. D'Alesio has also been involved with creating policy/procedure to meet JACHO requirements as well as ongoing recruiting of new ICU staff. She has served on the ethics committee for four years while in management.

Ms. D'Alesio is currently employed at the Reproductive Science Center of Milford and Milford Regional Medical Center where she administers Conscious Sedation, assists physicians with pacemakers, arteriograms and picc lines for septic patients.She currently holds certifications as and Adult Nurse Practitioner and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner,and has recently completed the Kaplan Life Care Planning Course.

Sajid R. Khan, MD, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience working in a variety of settings from inner-city level 1 trauma centers serving 100,000 patients per year to 3-bed rural Eds. Dr. Khan has served as a Medical Director, Oral Boards Examiner, and member of the Honor Council. He is ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified. Dr. Khan is a member of AOA (the only national medical honor society in the world) and served as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dr. Michael R. Klein, Jr., M.D., specializes in Orthopedic Surgery and is a founding member and the first Medical Director of Northern California Orthopedic Centers. He was involved with the development of the orthopedic section of the Level II Trauma Center at Mercy San Juan Medical Center. He served as a clinical professor at the University of California, Davis, Medical Center for more than thirty years. He has been a member of the North American Spine Society since 2009 and was awarded the David O. Selby Award in 2020 for his contributions. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and a member of the American Medical Association and the California Medical Association. He retired from the USAF in 1998 after being on active duty during the Vietnam War, and he was activated for Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
