Dr. Tal Lavian holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley, specializing in network communications. He has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications, network communications, and Internet technologies. He spent nearly 20 years researching, studying, and lecturing at UC Berkeley's College of Engineering, where he conducted research in data centers (RAD Labs), network communication service architecture (SAHARA), and wireless systems (ICEBERG).
