For over 45 years, Chuck Dutill, P.E., D.F.E. has been performing hydrology and environmental engineering nationwide. He has focused on wastewater, stormwater, flooding, sewers, septic systems, groundwater, drainage, hydrology, hydraulics, drinking water, mold, erosion, and air quality.
